FMI Connect 2016 brought everyone to the table, and a lot of opportunities for Hillphoenix. Our booth was designed to create a retail food experience that shows stores how they can transform their food-service departments into retail-culinary desinations. Hillphoenix, along with our sister company Unified Brands demonstrated our food merchandising and culinary capabilities and leveraged our strengths to fully execute a Culinary Center applying the Five Critical factors—Menu, Layout & Flow, Merchandising, Versatility of Equipment and Talent.
