Hot Combo Service/Self-service

Hillphoenix PTD-H-H Combination Service, Hot Dome and Self-Service, Hot Display. Designed to maintain hot food temperatures. Available in several lengths and the dome is available in flat or curved lift glass or with vertical cube hardware profiles. Front profile lines up with the PT-R, PTD-R-R, PTD-RGC, PTD-RG and PTD-R-H.

  • Standard 51” case depth w/20-1/4” dome.
  • Painted metal exterior.
  • Stainless steel exterior and base trim.

Hot Service Dome

  • Single-pane, regular-glare flat lift front glass.
  • Stainless steel interior.
  • Stainless steel hot well with divider bars for full size 2-1/2”D pan display (pans not included).
  • Overhead ceramic heating elements with 100W incadescent lighting (shatterproof).
  • Low wattage, long wave radiant heat system.

 

Hot Base

  • 3-1/2” Glass dieboard plex.
  • Stainless steel interior.
  • (1) row of 12” heated stainless steel shelving.
  • Heated flat bottom merchandising deck.
  • Low wattage, long wave radiant heat system.
  • LED top light.
  • LED undershelf lighting.
  • Rear electrical raceway.
